Returns & Exchanges

At Access Denied, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if your items don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
